This talented Dutch band is about to head for an international career. They`ve already won all the meaningful Dutch music Awards, MTV Awards etcetera and have recently been asked to join the Simple Minds on their upcoming European tour.

The show from tonight was sold out within 8 days (!) so the band decided to play an extra gig at the HMH tomorrow, which is sold out also. This means two times 5.500 people watching this band finish their very succesful "So Glad You Made It" clubtour. Quite an impressive achievement for a Dutch band, huh?

With a good sound, a sober yet very tastful stageset and a maximum on lights, Kane hits the stage with their previous single "So Glad You Made It". It`s clear that these guys really know what they`re doing, what they want and don`t want.

With a lot of self-confidence they present themselves and their songs with an attitude which we don`t see very often in The Netherlands when it`s about one of `our` bands. Kane and especially frontman Dinand Woesthoff truly kick ass with an international air. The next few songs are also from the latest album; "Free", "Dead End" and "Mother".

Right after that, the HMH starts boiling for the first time with "Taurus (Hanging On)", the last track on their very succesful debut record "As Long As You Want This". This titletrack is also the next song live on stage and from this moment on the band can`t go wrong anymore.

Whether they play the current hit "Let It Be", "Hold On To The World", "Crazy Warnings", "What If", "Mr. DJ" (what a party!), the beautiful "Damn Those Eyes" (dedicated to the three guys leaving the band; Tony Cornelissen-guitar, Aram Kersbergen-bass and Ronald Kool-keyboards. Matto Kranenberg will be the new bassplayer), "Where Do I Go Now", "Hands", "I Will Keep My Head Down", "Not Here" or "Waiting, Waiting", the crowd reacts very, very enthusiastic.

Last song tonight is the killer "Rain Down On Me" which will be a hit soon, no doubt about that. Great show from a great band!
