| First of all. Why did it take to long to release the album? We were in the middle of switching our label in the US. We were supposed to release Living in the Fallout with Sailors Grave/ Thorp records in November, and then we came across some delays. We decided that we just didn’t want to wait any longer to release it, so we started looking for someone who could release it ASAP. And that’s we’re Think Fast! Records came into the picture. | |||
| Have you ever thought of quitting the band in the meantime? There were defiantly some frustrating times this past year. At times it seemed we’d hit a wall. We had put everything we had into the music and tons of hard work and thought into recording the record, and when we found out that Sailors wasn’t able to release it anymore we kind of lost the wind out of our sails. We felt like shit. Did I every want to quit? The thought might have crossed my mind, but I never seriously considered it. I’d be fucked if I wasn’t doing this. | |||
| How do you promote the album and the band? We try and tour all the time, that’s the way we promote our band. If we had the opportunity to tour 300 plus days a year we would! I challenge anyone to offer us a tour like that!! | |||
| Which of the new track will be stirring up the fan base the most? We’ve had a huge response to Heroes and Ghost. Kids seem to really like it. | |||
| Is there something like a concept behind Far From Finished or what kind of emotions, feelings, lyrics or stories holds the album together? The only concept behind FFF is working class kids that don’t fit the mold… scared, pissed off, and still full of all the angst they carried around as kids. Do you remember what if feels like? Do you still feel the same? | |||
| How would you characterize your music and with what you would resemble it? This is always a difficult question because we draw on so many different influences. We play punkrock, it isn’t happy, it’s angry, as clean as it may sound, it’s filthy. Some people call us street punk and others call us rock n roll. This band was formed because of the love we share for punkrock. It’s always about the message, and the heart behind the music. | |||
| What is the weirdest thing that has happened to the band on the road? Weird shit happened all the time….on our most recent tour with Left Alone we found a drunk guy sleeping on the ROOF of our van after the show was over. We had no idea who he was! | |||
| What`s the best and the worst part about being in this band for you? The best part is undoubting playing shows. We love it. But in order to play the shows, you got to spend a lot of time driving, and that sucks ass sometimes. On our last tour we needed to be back in Boston to work on a video that we’re making for Roses and Razorblades, and we needed to be back ASAP… so we ended up driving 51 hours straight from Los Angeles. That sucked. | |||
| Is there something you really want to say to President Bush? If not, you may fill in the last lines for yourself. You have really fucked up buddy. | |||
