Another single for Tristesse De La Luna, the new project of former BlutEngel singers Gini and Kati. After "Eiskalte Liebe" last year, a duet with Hocico’s Erk Aicrag, there were lots of people betting their money on this duo. Now, since "Eiskalte Liebe" was a very nice song, sung in both German and Mexican, I can only say "Queen Of The Damned" doesn’t match the quality of the previous single.

The title track is featured in 3 versions; the normal single version (the best one), a very slow and doomy remix called ‘nightmare version’ and a remix from Andy LaPlegua from Icon Of Coil.

The latter one doesn’t fit the original at all, so most attention will probably go to the unreleased bonus track "Mein Engel"; a German song, guiding the voice of Kati with a piano and a gentle EBM-texture. Nice material, but where’s a full-length album?
