This is Regurgitate’s third full-length and what an attack it is! No-nonsense grindcore as it should be played. This is exactly how I like it, plain, simple, with only one purpose: destroying as much eardrums as possible by making ferocious, but tight, noise.

If you have trouble waking up at morning, listen to this. If you want your mother-in-law to leave your house as soon as possible, put this on. If you want to shock your so called ‘mathcore’ friends (I find ‘mathcore’ to be very annoying, let alone the term ‘mathcore’), put Regurgitate on.

They’ll really be shocked by the simplicity of the song structures of this 27 track masterpiece. It’s just oldschool blasting away in the vein of the old gods Carcass.

So, Deviant is nothing new, but just an old-fashioned kick in the ass. No, an H-bomb in the ass, that’s what it really is!
