Meditation Among Demons is a promo-single for the forthcoming second cd of this Dutch band. With these two tracks Septuagint prove they can produce solid fantasy metal. First track “Meditation Among Demons” starts with an intro of five seconds with pure, sheer Burzum guitar riffing. Brilliant! The last twohundredandninetyseven seconds is of another order, powerful drumming, a ot of breaks, pumping guitar action and throbbing vocals.

Catchy song. The same can be said for “Fury… And A Darkening Mind”. One minor point on the promo: no incredibel Burzum intro. Just a joke. I can’t make a real judgement on these two songs only, so we’ll have to wait until the band’s new full-length is out. Medication Among Demons tastes like one beer, with more beer in prospect.
