Do they need an introduction? No they don`t, Agnostic Front have been around since 1982 and are about to release their tenth record. Agnostic Front has undergone a minor line-up change. Robbie Kabula has left the band to spend more time with his family and Mike Gallo has joined ranks with Roger Miret, Vinny Stigma and Jimmy Colletti.

Together they`ve recorded a classical Agnostic Front album. “Dead Yuppies” might not be the album people expected, since former releases "Something`s Gotta Give" and "Riot Riot Upstart" where very Oi orientated albums one might expect Dead Yuppies follow that path. Agnostic Front haven`t done that, falling back upon their roots they`ve recorded an old school hardcore record in the spirit of the early eighties, aided with the experience gained in the past fifteen years.

From track one "I Wanna Know" to track fourteen "Standing On My Own" Dead Yuppies will blast old school hardcore out of your speakers and into your ears. Agnostic Front deals with day to day realities and general fucked up-ness of the world. Listen to "Uncle Sam" or "Urban Decadence" and all becomes crystal clear.

Sven certainly likes this album and it might turn out to be Agnostic Front`s best release ever. So make sure you`ve got a few minutes of spare time on the eight of October to visit the record store and buy “Dead Yuppies”. It`s worth it!
