Full speed, dirty, heavy rock ‘n roll from this band from California. Although the shouting vocals make it kinda noisy, the musicians are very capable. Listen to the magnificent bass line and arrangement of “False Alarm”, or the Frank Zappa influences in “Cobra Lucha” (reminding of “I’m So Cute”).

Rock and roll is still very much alive, and the power doesn’t always have to come from over-distorted guitars, but can also be exposed by an overwhelming performance and choice of chords.

The devotion of the musicians is splashing out of the stereo, very much supported by the in your face production. This must be a rock and roll party on stage, and I pity myself for not having been able to see them a couple of weeks ago. Next time I’ll be there for sure.
