Biohazard are back and apparently they are still down for life! The traditional combination of old school hardcore and hiphop has been updated
into hardcore, hiphop and nu-metal. Immediately obvious are the many
different styles of music on this release, perhaps due to the many guest
musicians. Amongst them one can find: Sen-Dog (Cypress Hill), Phillip
Anselmo (Pantera), Pete Steele (Type-O-Negative) and members of Agnostic
Front, Sepultura and many more.
There is a big difference between the old and the new Biohazard. | |
Since
they have upgraded their rehearsal studio into a fully-fledged recording
studio (the Rat Piss studios) they have been able to improve their song
writing skills. Biohazard no longer produce the rock solid old school
hardcore they made on albums such as Urban Discipline and State Of The
World Address. One might want to listen to Uncivilization at the record
store before one buys it. The end conclusion: good but different!!
