An exclusive DVD single for the Netherlands. How kind of A Perfect Circle. A band, where the music comes first, unique in the current music-scene.

On this DVD are one single and one video, the single is ‘The Outsider’, one of the best songs of their second album ‘Thirteenth Step’. Especially the chorus is amazing, with lyrics (in my opinion, with maynard you never can be sure) about suicide and selfdestructiveness, set against the city of Los Angeles, symbolizing the greedy and deceiving sides of our race.

The video is ‘Weak and Powerless’, which was the first single of the current album. The video has a sort of Smashing Pumpkins/Nine Inch Nails style with a couple metaphores here and there (of course; Maynard is involved). Furthermore the video is a bit boring. Of course, the chick in the clip is pretty, but that just doesn`t do it for me. However, the song is good.

I do not rate this cd, `cause that would make as much sense as a monkey at a urinal.
