A short introduction: The Shitheadz is a German band who supported Mötorhead and Anthrax. After reading this my first thought was that this should really be a great album. So my expectations were high. The first song (or intro) starts with some weird chimes, I really don’t know what the meaning of that is, because it doesn’t fit to the rest of the music. It takes about 5 seconds and then they start to rock, but where my expectations were high, the first tones are really disappointing. Not that this is all bad rock, but it isn’t good rock either. I hoped only the first song was bad and the rest of the album would be better. But no, after the first three songs I really don’t expect anything good from this album.

Don’t get me wrong, they are good musicians and the vocals sound great. But this is not really the new sensation I hoped it was because they toured with Anthrax and Mötorhead.

The rest of the album is really well performed and produced. Track six ("Black Days") is a calmer track, however I think the band’s vocalist is singing a little bit too low for his voice. After this track the album rocks on till the end, which is a nice acoustic part. Song titles like "Powertool" and "Motorjesus" really fit to the kind of music The Shitheadz make. I mean, have a shot of whisky and rock!
