Good old Scandinavian thrash/death metal with a decent dose of classical twin leads. If I would stop right here this would be one of the shortest reviews I ever wrote. That would be cheap but it would also tell you all there is to tell about Vicious. This young band from Sweden brings you quality metal. A little At The Gates, a few Maiden type leads/intervals and you are set for 40 minutes of head banging fun.

Even at full blast they maintain enough melody, dynamics and aggression to keep it interesting for the full ride. Singer Henrik (also from Skyfire) has a grunt ranging from low end to an almost black metal type rant which fits perfectly to the (most of the time) up tempo thrash/death on Vile, Vicious & Victorious. You can’t go wrong with buying this one.
