The Heartaches were founded in 1999 by Tom & Sam. They wanted to make plain and simple punk rock n roll with no pretentions. Set the speaker to 10 and play some chords. Honest punk rock with an DIY mentality. After playing lots of shows they finally got the band together as it is now. They contracted Kerry Martinez from the US Bombs to produce their previous and current record. And that’s a good thing, cause Kerry gives them almost the same sound as the US Bombs have.

Indirectly recommend this record to everyone who likes that kind of music. There are 13 tracks on this cd that are full of energy. A perfect cd for the summer before going to a party or going out. There is a positive vibe on this cd and some honest lyrics about riots, friendships etc. Sometimes, you don’t need much words for a cd. You just have to listen to it and feel it. This is one of them. Old School Punk Fans: "Move on" is this year´s cd of the summer.
