Strange guitars, thatīs what I thought when I saw this band`s website (www.theheavils.com), they build the guitars themselves and call them Meanies and these Meanies hava got names like: 6 to 5 flip, Clitar, The Toilet and further on. You have to see these guitars for yourself.

Heavilution is their second album, personally I donīt know the first one. This band doesn`t fit in any genre. Maybe there is someone who knows a name for this kind of genre, please let me know then. I try to describe what kind of music it is, it is metal with a little bit of reggea and some hip-hop, hardcore almost every genre that exist is in it.

So maybe we can call this kind of music: “everything”, thatīs simple.
The album starts with a child that says: “Are you ready? Go”, thatīs what the first two songs of the album are about. After that the expiriment begins. Fourteen songs really different from each other. The weird sound is I think also because of the meanies. I canīt explain how it sounds you have to hear it for yourself. So if you donīt like expiremental and new music donīt buy this, if you really are into new stuff then this is something for you.
