Annihilator is a band that has been on this planet for a long time, so they don’t need an introduction. In my stereo on this moment is the best of album from the period 1989 till 1996. So that means almost only classics on this album. No old stuff that never has been released before, that’s a pity. If you are a die hard Annihilator fan you already have all the songs on this album, and I don’t think there are a lot of persons who don’t know Annihilator yet. So why a best of album? Roadrunner is doing best of albums of lots of their older bands. So there are best of albums from Madball, Life Of Agony, Coal Chamber and more great old bands.

Back to this best of album; as mentioned before there are only classics on this album, it starts with the beginning of the band till 1996. Numbers like “Alison Hell”, “Welcome To Your Death (W.T.Y.D.)”, “Word Salad”, “The Fun Palace” and a lot more. For the old school metal dudes who don’t have any Annihilator albums this is a nice album, for the new metal dudes this is a great album but for the Annihilator fans this album is just pity for your wallet.
