According to the official story, Willycranes started a band in order to keep gambling people’s minds away from the fact that they were being robbed in a casino owned by three buddies – Jesus Christler, Bill Hill and Dixon. Now they, together with Cohones Pistolero, are known as Willycranes.
It was a decent little quiet town, where nothing ever happened. So, our cheerful company tried to have as much fun as they possibly could achieve with the most joyful of music and lyrics – pure Rock’n’roll in the spirit of Motörhead meets Ramones in a drunken party.
So, here bravura three chord riffs meet unbridled singing, accompanied by the warm bear steps of the bass guitar.
Every element here is at the right place to squeeze out as much possible fun from plain motives and pretty thoughtless tunes. | |
It’s a hymn to a rough pleasure of the man’s heart-felt company with beer, fights, fury, sweat and blood.
Everything’s rolling up in a crazy dance, especially in such experienced things as “Fireworks”, “Nicoteen And Sex”, “Drugs & Rock’n’roll”. Our vagrant musicians are causing violent fun with “People’s Sideburns”. And their arguments about mutual relations of the sexes in “The Man” are quite amusing too. In one word, if you are bored of everyday life it may unexpectedly cheer you up.
Advice: it was prepared for a special menu and tastes better with some mug(s) of beer. (Julie) |
