Once in a while you run into an album which you’d wish you could keep entirely for yourself, keep it from the masses, and hide it from all that is commercial. You find yourself wishing that you’re the only one that has discovered this little gem, your own ‘little precioussss’. All Is Fit For Tonight, the full length debut album from Amsterdam based Skip The Rush, is such an album. Not like anything you’ve heard before, boasting from inspiration and originality, really making an impression.

The band combines metal, punk and emo in a way that is truly progressive. The album features twelve songs, half of which were previously released on the well acclaimed EP Chaperone. One of the biggest efforts by the band is the way in which the gentile choruses evolve into full speed punk rock refrains boasting with emotion. Skip The Rush is quite extraordinary
