We’ve got a winner here! Tarantula’s laters album “Metalmorphosis” is without doubt the most cliché album I’ve ever got a chance of listening to. There’s not a single sound on it that draws the attention of the listener. You can hear every single note from miles and miles away. The fact that this album is cliché from the first to the dying seconds is quite an achievement. Not only in itself, but also because all musically references are so well combined that it doesn’t even annoys you.

As a matter of fact most of the songs sound pretty decent. The biggest problem is that I can’t find any reason why anyone should consider buying this album. Well ... there is one reason: I could do as a present for one of your friends. I guarantee you that he won’t hate it, he won’t love it either. This album is my definition of 7 out of 10 points.
