Six Reasons To Kill is a metal core (with a lot of death metal influences) band formed in Koblenz (Germany) in 1999. I never heard of this band before I must admit but some facts are:
They already released one full length album and two split releases and played many shows all over Europe with bands such as Caliban, Hatebreed, Shadows Fall, God Dethroned and many more. The recording of this album took place in the Kohlekeller studio with the help of Kristian Kohlmannslehner and the artwork for the album was done by Peter Hoffmann who is famous for his work with bands like Caliban, Heaven Shall Burn and Fear My Toughts.

Sounds nice, doesn’t it? As I wrote before, Six Reasons To Kill play metal core with a lot of death metal influences; the vocals make it special and not just standard metal core. The metal core nowadays is a bit standard. Six Reasons To Kill combines those two styles very well, but it looks like if I have heard this hundred times before. The music they play is nice but it’s not something new. As extra there’s a video enhancement for the song “Retribution”.
