This Italian AOR band was formed in 1985 when the then 23 year old bassist Alex “Midnight” Moschini met 18 year old drummer Sergio Leonetti. So, the core of this band at the very beginning was their rhythm-section. They were mentioned in Kerrang!, had some air-play on French and other European radio (the song “Goodbye”), released the demo “Made In Italy”, and the compilation album “R.A.U.S” through Musical Box Promotion, suffering all the time from the constant line-up changes, which caused a temporary break-up in 1991.
In June 2004 the band came back with the current line-up. So, the title of their new CD is “Eighteen” for celebrating the band’s 18th anniversary. | |
And the fans of the style should hurry up. This CD is like a home – everything is familiar, nothing new, but native to the some pressing, but sweet feeling. All six tracks on the album are honey-sweet, penetrated by the calmness, the pacified loneliness, the grief and that treasure memories, which are so touching no matter how hurting they were before.
The quality production gives an extra plus to this slow narration; though the instrumental work is not accented much, but balanced. And I guess, it would be a wonderful gift for your girl to bright a romantic evening.
