I’ve heard form A Perfect Murder before, but never got the time to judge their music accurately. So while I’m writing this review I’m listening to their new album obviously and I’m completely overwhelmed. Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new Pantera. This is what their last album (Reinventing The Steel) should have sounded like. ‘Strength Through Vengeance’ contains so much aggression and fury; it makes me want to go outside and bash the first person I see right in the face!

I’ve read a couple of ‘Strength Through Vengeance’ reviews on the internet and neither of them was very positive on this album.

I don’t get it. I really like this album. I like its aggressiveness, its fury and I don’t have any problems with the fact that their new singer Kevin Randel sounds like Phil Anselmo in his good days. And I don’t care that some of the critics think that the use of a wah-pedal is for Kirk Hammett only.
So if you’re in for a good bunch of metal mixed with some metalcore and a tiny bit of Swedish thrash, this is your thing. I like it!
