A very nice surprise last year was the return of Destruction to the Metal front and an even bigger surprise were the live shows they did for `All Hell Breaks Loose`. Furious, powerfull and energetic. So this year brings us the follow up and holy fuck, they did it again!! `The Antichrist` begins where they left off, Destruction full power ahead! `Days Of Confusion` introduces 42 minutes of fast and screaming Thrash Metal...`Thrash Till Death` comes raging in, `Nailed To The Cross` has very catchy chorus but also so much power that it is a new Destruction classic already! The band played this song at Graspop a few weeks ago and it was very well received by the fans.

The high level of Thrash never weakens and when `The Heretic` impressively finishes off the album the urge of seeing Destruction live again is almost unbearable. Schmier and Co. are back on track and in fact let Sodom and Kreator eat their dust...forever!
