During the last 20 years Victory hold a prestigious position among the ranks of distinguished hard rock acts. The most successful period was in the eighties and early nineties. Since that time fans have been demanding a reissue of the illustrious Victory line-up during that time. In 2005 the band celebrated its 20th anniversary. To celebrate this Victory has returned with their original team, with the guest appearance of front man Charlie Huhn, the two unequalled guitarists, Herman Frank and Tommy Newton, founding member and bassist Fargo-Peter Knorn and drummer Fritz Randow (Saxon), who was also part of the band in the eighties.

For all the fans Victory rerecorded their most important songs in a new sound quality. Victory rocks like hell again, that’s a fact! Listen to the power and the sound!
Most songs are from the album “Temples Of Gold” (1990).

This album contributed 6 songs (“Standing Like A Rock”, “Take The Peace”, “Temples of Gold”, “Rock The Neighbours”, “Backseat Rides”, and “Rock’n’Roll Kids”). 3 songs are from “Culture Killed The Native” (1989). “Don’t Get Mad - Get Even” (1986), “You Bought It - You Name It” (1992) and “Instinct” (2003) contribute each one song. Unfortunately there is no song from “Voiceprint” (1996), one of my favourite Victory records.

The album contains also one brand new song “I Felt It Coming”. This song sounds great and is promising for the brand new one-time reunion album which is due out in late summer 2006. To all the Victory fans: Buy this record!
