A band like Strapping Young Lad doesn’t need any kind of introduction, so I’ll skip that part. "The New Black" is the title of their latest album and `Oh My Fucking God`, what a killer album it is!

"The New Black" starts out with `Decimator` with the most marvelous interlude. The entire band screams S! Y! L! Goosebumps, ladies and gentlemen, at this very moment. I really love this album. The aggression, the intensity, the diversity.

.. aargh! Crush, crush, crush. That’s one of the first words that come to mind after listening to this album.

I have to admit that I don’t know very much of their previous work, except a couple of songs (`Detox`, `Oh My Fucking God` and `Shitstorm`), but I DO know that I like the material on "The New Black". And I know that every single one of you that likes the work of mastermind Devin Townsend will like this album too!
