Death Before Dishonor is one of the upcoming hardcore bands. When you’ve ever heard their brutal sound or seen one of their shows full of energy, you know why.
To celebrate their European tour and to make sure everybody knows this band before the end of 2006 Bridge Nine records re-released their EP Friend Family Forever and added some bonus stuff to the release. The original was released two years ago and since that time everything went very fast for the band. They toured almost all over the world and played with the big names in the hardcore scene.

The re-release has been re-mastered along with two songs from a 7” split released together with Black Friday ’29.

Besides the old songs there is a short live session the band did in the legendary CBGB’S club in New York. Unfortunately they closed this club a few months ago.
The six songs recorded in CBGB’s give you an impression how heavy the Death Before Dishonor shows are. But I must say that it’s very difficult to put the real feeling on a CD, they should put it on a DVD.

If you’ve never heard of Death Before Dishonor and you’re really into bands like Madball, Blood For Blood, Terror, Agnostic Front etc., then you must check this band out and write in your agenda Death Before Dishonor will release their first full length in 2007.
