Metalblade is and will always be a strange label. They release brutal death and black metal albums and at the same time progressive rock albums. Sometimes they release an album that’s not good enough to be a demo from a new band and sometimes they release beautiful albums.

The End Is Begun belongs to the last ones. It’s a progressive rock album from a band called Three (or 3). It’s not very difficult music but it is a very difficult album. The cd constantly gives you the feeling you understand it and than all of a sudden there`s something strange going on.

The album is a mix of everything. Metal, acoustic, power pop, brit pop and rock. Sometimes you’ll even think your listening to a song from the Beatles. But comparing them with that band is giving these guys way to many credits.

The End Is Begun is a nice album when you like progressive rock with a lot of other things or when you just want to listen some strange rock music.
