De Lirium’s Order consists out of a couple of good Finnish musicians who love to play metal music. In this particular project they play violent death metal with lyrics based on real-life serial killers.
(Warning don’t listen to it when your son or daughter is nearby; maybe they kill someone at their school after hearing these lyrics).
Enough jokes; most of the time you can’t understand the lyrics on a death metal album anyway.

There`s really nothing wrong with this release. The sound is brutal, there are tempo changes in the songs, it’s played fast, great guitar solo’s, blast beats.

And off course the double bass.
On the other hand this release is nothing special. The thing this band does is done by a lot of other bands in the past. You can compare it to Dark Tranquillity or Insomnium.

Don’t judge this album directly because of their style. The sound (production/ recording) is better then the average band.

Diagnosis is a fine metal album that fits perfect between the other thousand metal albums in your house.
