Earlier this year The Blackout Argument released two EP’s on Bastardized records and already a few months later they release a full length on Lifeforce records. So it can go very fast in the world called music.

But what comes fast isn’t always the best or good and this band is an example of that.
The sound of The Blackout Argument is the typical popular metalcore with some emo influence. It sounds good but not spectacular, it’s done by millions of other bands and these Germans don’t give it anything extra.
The voice of Sinan Akilli is not the best voice you will hear.

He has a very annoying sound in it, it sound like he has a pincher on his nose. After two songs you can`t do anything else but focus on his voice.
The best part of the album are the guest vocals. With the vocals from Miscreant Geert and God Forbid’s Byron Davis is nothing wrong. Those parts are the best of the entire album.

The Blackout Argument is a hard working band who reached this point because of their hard work; not for their musical qualities.
