Sometimes you don’t expect some music that’s coming out of an country that is not well known of their place in the music history. But since Switzerland delivers one of the finest post rock and Poland gives us some quality death metal no one is really surprised if you name such a country.

This month it’s Indyus. Coming from Austria and they deliver us their demo called ‘ Demonstration’. They say they’re playing deathmetal with some hardcore influences. Well, those hardcore influences are hard to find, but that doesn’t matter. The quality of their songs is pretty cool and pretty metal.

Like ‘ Legalize life’ .

It sounds like a mix of Sepultura and some ‘Altars of madness’ riffs, or ‘Double standards’ wich proves that they have thought about making good structures and also put some melody in the song. These 3 songs are played with a enthousiasm and a dedication for metal. However, these songs are lasting pretty long, so for ADHD patients it’s pretty hard to make it to the end of this demo. If you do have some patience and listen to this record a few times you hear the potential of these young fellows. I’m curious what their full length will be and who will sign these guys.
