This is the debut album of this trio from the UK, which was formed in 1997, and what a debut! Put together Greenday, Placebo, Smashing Pumpkins, and a bit Oasis, pick out the catchiest things, and you’ve got Snowdogs. Sometimes even a bit of Offspring, without the funky stuff (and more original arrangements) in the later, more up-tempo songs on the CD. Enough diversity, good individual quality of the musicians, and a well performed attempt to create their own sound within their influences.

In my personal opinion, the production should have been a bit less polished. It creates the idea that the band wants to keep all possibilities open for a hit single, with each song. With the right videoclip (what kinda world are we living in), almost every song on this album could become hit single.
