Everybody in the U.S.A. who likes Slayer is fan of this band.I understand that, when i heard this album.The vocalist sounds sometimes like "Tom Araya" and now and then you hear "slayer" riffs.The album has tastefull breaks and is sometimes blast fast.Even when there are "slayer" influences this album is not old-school.The vocalist has lots of variation in his voice, that makes this record nice to listen to.When you listen to "Expression of Immunity to God" and "Appreciation for Misery" you will hear this.

The beginning of the album is very good, but the last few songs are still great,check out "Acid Lung" and "Blackish Silver".My favorite track is "Language of Oblivion" that song is the blueprint for the entire album.Metal Blade has got with this band a raw jewel in hand that only needs to get polished.Check it out!
