Oh yes, this is some album. Again guitarist Zakk Wylde shows us how talented he is producing 14 real quality songs on this new cd. The compositions, the riffs, solos and vocals are all very impressive. Sorry, but the latest Ozzy album should have featured 14 tracks like these. Beginning with "Bleed For Me" (in your face!, JG) would have been perfect for a superb Ozzy record indeed. Supported by (guest?) drummers Christian Werr and Craig Nunenmacher, Zakk does all the guitars, bass and vocals on "1919 * Eternal" himself.

Only "Demise Of Sanity" and "Life/Birth/Blood/Doom" feature guest bassplayer Robert Trujillo. This cd presents a lot of variety with ultra heavy stuff like the earlier mentioned opening song, "Graveyard Disciples" and "Battering Ram", but also sensitive tracks such as "Bridge To Cross", "Lost Heaven" and the acoustic tunes "Speedball" and "America The Beautiful". This might as well be the best BLS material so far. Wonderful album from this wonderful musician. Can`t wait to see him perform at the upcoming Ozzfest.
