This album contains four new songs and eight remixes of songs that already appeared on “The Hiding Place”. New song ‘The Beyond’ kicks off as an absolute dance floor killer. The combination of the –almost- calm, pleasant voice of Darrin Huss and the electro of Remi Szyszka works well. Even when the band goes back in pace (like in ‘Damaged Soul’ and ‘Memento’) the voice of Darrin gives the songs special touches. Personal highlights however are the remixes of ‘The Hiding Place’, ‘Goodbye Horses’ and ‘Sanctuary’.

They have been transformed into even bigger, better dance classics than before. The ambient feel of ‘Looking Glass’ is also worth mentioning. Last new song ‘Eleven’ makes you float to other dreamy places and shows that PSYCHE is so much more than only dance oriented. The band ends with a ‘2 dirty 4u: elektonikhandel’ version of ‘Renegades’. Good album in which PSYCHE shows that there’s more to remixes…
