A very strange thing actually, this album. Loaned to me by a friend, all he said was: “This is the band my colleague plays in. Maybe you like it.” Well, I do. I was really surprised by the quality of the music. And to think this is “just a band” of people who are not even full-time music professionals. It sounds like they are, and good ones too. Clearly their main influences are Iron Maiden and the early Metallica, but that is not surprising of course. There are definitely numerous other influences, but these two come to my mind first.
So what more can I say about his band? The songs are very well composed, with enough variety in each song and they don’t even sound alike, which is a good thing too.

There are really enough different things happening on this album. Very well done indeed. All this makes it even more surprising that this band still is relatively small. Maybe the introduction was not the best way to get to know a new band, but really, if you listen to this band you will have a hard time believing that at least one of them is a man with a desk job...
