“X” is the tenth album of Def Leppard. It’s been twenty-five years since singer Joe Elliott and bass player Rick Savage have formed this band, and these oldies still rock. Together with Phil Collen, Vivian Campbell (guitars), and Rick Allen (drums), this bunch is doing what they do best: play melodic traditional rock. Back in ’83 and ’87, Def Leppard had hit albums with Pyromania and Hysteria, from which came the hit singles “Animal”, and “Love Bites”.
