Dies Irae is a death metal band built around the Vader members Mauser (guitars) and Doc (drums) and completed with Hiro (guitar), a member of Septic and the bass-player/vocalist Novy, member of Behemoth and Devilyn. The Sin War is the second album of this quartet based in Poland.

It contains ten roaring death metal tracks and begins devastatingly with “The Sin War: Comrade of Death” which is a short and extremely fast one with some industrial elements (don’t be afraid, this is the only song which has this element), and larded with beautiful guitar-leads.

“Internal War” is a typical death metal song with a nice twist at the end, with some cool effects on the vocals.

It’s followed by a track “Horde Of Angry Demons”, which is a mid-pace one with some fast parts as well. Tracks like “Genocide Generation”, “Another Being Wasted” with amazing drumming by Doc, and the final track on this album called “Nine Angels” let you experience how a solid death metal album should be.

It’s a certain recommendation for all you death metallers among us. Dies Irea brings you with The Sin War a mature and highly sophisticated death metal album with an excellent raw sound done by the two sound engineers Wojtek and Slawek Wieslwscy.
