After getting quieter in the nineties they are reactivated by the Straight edge-punk movement and a lot of people who were showing their interests in Integrity. Last year they published their album Integrity 2000 that was received as a disappointment by a lot of Integrity fans. So “there must be another way” had to be another change of proving to their fans that they are still making powerful intense riotous hardcore punk music (that’s how Victory likes to describe it). This new cd might appeal to more people than in the past and I think it hard to keep attention for fans that have been into the band for years. It is not that Dawid lost his voice or uses his voice in an awful way, it’s like Integrity is missing all the parts that make them Integrity: they are playing more into punk rock but on the other hand side you can still find some hardcore songs back on the CD.

Also their booklet without any lyrics in it is a little bit a disappointment for me because I have the idea that these guys got something to say so I think it wouldn’t be that weird if they just wrote their lyrics out in a booklet - especially because were used to it if we look to some earlier releases. I think the CD includes too much punk rock elements and it misses the old integrity style. Closure is a great CD but the fact that the name Integrity stands on the cover makes the album a disappointment - maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I have another opinion about growing as a band then Integrity has. I would say give them chances but don’t try to find the same music as the released before integrity 2000 came out.
