“Overdosing” is actually a re-release. Originally this album was released in 1996. It is a collection of the best tracks of DECODED FEEDBACK’s demos. This CD is re-released due to overwhelming demand and because it never was released in Europe. The music by Marco Biagioti (vocals, lyrics, samples, sequences, bass and drums) and Yone Dudas (keyboards, sequences, arrangement, bass and drums) is raw industrial. It’s somewhere between industrial acts like Godflesh or Cubanate and the darker electro oriented Hocico or :Wumpscut:. Musically the band reminds most of those last two bands, while the voice of Marco occasionally brings sweet memories of the first two.

Best songs are the heavy ‘Deathcall’, the dark melody of ‘Deep Emotion’, the heavy beats meets spoken word ‘Fear (ATD remix)’, the threatening ‘Prophecy’, the danceable ‘Technophoby’, the oppressing (hello Hocico) ‘No Way Out’ and the darkness of ‘Dream Machine’. It’s understandable that the band decided to re-release this album, because if you’re interested in some electronic darkness it is definitely not a bad welcome to a hopeless world. It’s like DECODED FEEDBACK shout out during their title track: ‘It’s time for pain’.
