After a warm up by Autoagression (with “3.14”) this compilation really kicks off with the stunning SITD mix of “Wake Up” from Pzycho Bitch, “Coward 2k2” of no other than Seabound is pleasant as well. The surprisingly electro orientated “Antichrist” of The Retrosic is good, but never as good as the songs we know from this band. The Alternative Needle Mix of “Fear Me” of Sulpher stings like the needle they are singing about (although the track lasts a bit too long). After that we hear a drum ‘n bass version of “Regression Is No Option (Clean Version)” from Backlash and we wrestle through acts like Babyland, Analogue Brain, Stochastic Theory, Icon Of Coil, Resthetic Perfection and Ivory Frequency.

Also you will find a disappointing song from Suicide Commando (“Cry For Mother”) and two songs that are definitely worth mentioning: “Soul Of A New Machine” by Interlace and “Wenishtoo” of Paperhouse. Septic III is a good insight in the world of infectious electro industrial.
