I guess that the European release date for the Rupture Christ debut has been delayed a little. In America this release was already available in early 2002. Rupture Christ was formed during the summer of 1998 and mainly concentrates on making extreme death, gore metal with some grind core influences. And after releasing two demo tapes: Tales Of An Anal Orgasm (`00) and Butchery Amongst The Living (`01) it is now time for their 11 songs counting debut Molesting The Entrails Of The Disemboweled. The mixture of death and grind sounds very tight and these guys certainly know how this kind of music needs to be played. The gore inspired lyrics perfectly fit the music. What to think of not further to be explained titles as: “Fetus Fucker”, “Penetrating Pre-School Pussy” or “Macaroni And Afterbirth”.

Yum, I’m really getting hungry now. Musically the band seems influenced by bands as Gorguts, the old Dying Fetus, Deicide and Exhumed. The production sounds very tight and with an old school touch. Vocally we can hear a deep death grunt and of course the higher grind screams. This absolutely isn’t a world shocking or original release. But it certainly is a good underground death metal record. Food for fans of the above mentioned bands. With “Oozing Vaginal Discharge” we also are treated with a Lividity cover, and let’s not forget the guest appearances of some Anoxia members.
